美元指数涨势停滞，基础设施投资计划接近大功告成
周四（6月24日）美元指数持稳于91.82附近，上升趋势仍然停滞不前。
美国参议院就基础设施投资计划达成框架协议，计划于周四呈送白宫。一项可靠的协议将有助于支撑市场信心和经济增长预期。
技术面来看，10日、21日移动均线和布林带中轨上升，这属于看多形态。
初步重要阻力位是92.51(3月至5月跌势的76.4%)，收盘若跌破10日移动均线91.43和5-6月涨势的38.2%回档位91.31，则上行趋势告吹。
纽约市场91.51-91.86区间是初步支撑位和阻力位。
