盘前异动：优信二手车涨超8%，中国商务部正着手推动二手车市场发展

英为财情Investing.com –周四美股盘前，优信二手车 (NASDAQ:UXIN)涨超8%，报4.06美元。前一交易日，该公司股价收涨7.47%。
在今天的中国商务部例行新闻发布会上，新闻发言人高峰表示，商务部正会同有关部门，围绕取消二手车限迁政策、便利二手车交易等推动二手车市场加快发展。
