港股异动：SOHO中国大涨超过20%，黑石发出全面收购要约

英为财情Investing.com –周四港股早市，SOHO中国 (HK:0410)大涨超过20%，报4.65港元，总市值升至241亿港元。
消息面上， 6月16日晚间，SOHO中国在港交所发布公告称，黑石集团已发出全面要约收购，拟以每股5港元、合计236.58亿港元（约合人民币195亿元）价格取得SOHO中国的控股权。交易完成后，SOHO中国现有控股股东将保留9%的股权。
值得一提的是，这将是国际巨头黑石在中国的最大一笔房地产投资。
