科创50指数主要成分股全线爆发。其中，中微公司、华润微 (SS:688396)逼近涨停，安集科技 (SS:688019)、沪硅产业 (SS:688126)涨超10%，澜起科技 (SS:688008)、乐鑫科技 (SS:688018)、中芯国际 (SS:688981)涨超8%，寒武纪 (SS:688256)、容百科技 (SS:688005)跟涨。
