Investing.com – U.S. stock futures were little changed on Thursday night following a mixed session among major benchmark averages as fresh producer price index data slowed slightly but lifted from the previous month.
By 7:05pm ET (11:05pm GMT) Dow Jones Futures, S&P 500 Futures and Nasdaq 100 Futures lifted 0.1% apiece.
In extended deals, Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) ticked 1.3% higher after Elon Musk announced that he is stepping down from the chief executive position at Twitter.
Ahead in Friday’s session, investors will be looking toward preliminary consumer sentiment and expectations data, import and export price indexes as well as speeches from Bowman and Jefferson.
During Thursday’s regular trade, the Dow Jones Industrial Average declined 221.8 points or 0.7% to 33,309.5, the S&P 500 dipped 7 points or 0.2% to 4,130.6 and the NASDAQ Composite lifted 22.1 points or 0.2% to 12,328.5.
