中国首批公募REITs今日正式上市，首日集体迎来开门红
英为财情Investing.com –周一A股早间，中国首批公共基础设施REITs正式上市。其中，上交所首批5只基础设施公募REITs分别为普洛斯（508056）、东吴苏园（508027）、张江REIT（508000）、浙江杭徽（508001）、首创水务（508006）。深交所首批4只基础设施公募REITs分别为首钢绿能（180801）、蛇口产园（180101）、广州广河（180201）和盐港REIT（180301）。
从表现来看，首批公募REITs上市首日集体迎来开门红。截至撰稿，首钢绿能大涨17%，蛇口产园大涨11%，广州广河涨近2%，盐港REIT涨4%，普洛斯涨4%，东吴苏园涨1%，张江REIT、浙江杭徽涨5%，首创水务涨8%。
