智通财经APP获悉，雪佛龙公司 (NYSE:CVX)(CVX.US)CFO Pierre Breber称，尽管面临降低碳排放的压力，但与一些竞争对手不同，公司没有减少油气业务的计划，转向更多地使用风能和太阳能。
Brebe在能源转型会议上表示，该公司将在2028年之前投资约3亿美元用于降低排放，其中2亿美元用于降低其自身业务的碳排放，另外7.5亿美元用于可再生燃料，如可再生天然气。
据悉，雪佛龙公司的股东上个月投票赞成一项不具约束力的决议，呼吁该公司减少因使用其产品而产生的排放。
